Mah Place

It was so cold the first few days but then it warmed up a little, so there was only small patches of snow. So much is different even though its sort of the same. Water has a high iron content over here, so if I drink too much I get damaged kidneys, so I have to buy bottled water (just like in Africa and Ecuador!!) and it tastes gross, so I'm sticking with the bottled stuff. Food is wierd too, they put orange food colouring in cheese, and call it on the label, 'natural'!Everything has sugar in it, even bread, I tried to choose a healthy one, but it too is a bit sweet. Fruit and Vegies are cheap, and you can buy everything processed and prepackaged in someway. My house is pretty cool, I share a downstairsa apartment with another girl, who I get along pretty well with, she was studying music and now is unsure of what she wants to do. My bedroom is quite big, bigger than my last room. My flatmate, Chenoa, took me shopping and wow stuff is cheap, even with the current exchange rate. I bought a long black, which I'd like to point out, was Calvin Klein and a size 2! and it only cost me $80. and a red coat or peacoat I'm meant to say, for $60, Australia was never that cheap. I wish I didn't have to save my money for stuff like books and fees.
My other house mate so far, lives upstairs and he owns the dog. He REALLY loves thats dog lol obssessively. It sleeps in a dog cage, and he told me about how he researched it and about bloodlines and training. I think he loves it more than his girlfriend and its cage is in the kitchen =S
