I didn't spend NYE at Times Square. That would have required a ten hour wait in -6 degree snow blizzard and I didn't care THAT much, but I was a block away and left the warmth of my hotel for the countdown, which had a wind chill factor of -10 by midnight, so not fun. We saw people having an unusual parade and a few cops chatted to us all and promised if we mentioned their names next year we'd get let straight into Times Square at 1145pm hahaha yeah right. I liked them both, but was too chicken to get a photo with them.
